Sat has extensive experience across the industry, including radio programmer, music journalist, artist manager, DJ and A&R. He founded Pangaea Entertainment Group in 2006, encompassing MUSEXPO and A&R Worldwide, and has played a key role in the early discovery, development and signing of artists including Muse, Faithless, Keane, Adele, Coldplay and more. In 2018 Sat received an official recognition and proclamation from the Mayor and City of Los Angeles, State of California, as well as a special honorarium award from the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce for his outstanding contributions to the worldwide music, media and radio communities.

Jeremy Yohai is the SVP of A&R at Concord Music Publishing. He is in charge of the current pop roster in the US and Concord A&R team in NY, LA and Miami. Concord’s roster includes artists and songwriters such as Mark Ronson, Jacob Collier, Denzel Curry, Noah Goldstein and Justin Parker among others. Prior to joining Concord, Jeremy was in charge of A&R at Downtown Music Publishing where he oversaw the US/ international A&R staff, new artist signings and the Downtown roster which included Andrew Wyatt/ Miike Snow, Santigold, Hiatus Kaiyote, and Sturgil Simpson. Before joining Downtown, Jeremy worked in Creative Services at ASCAP recruiting and developing the careers of emerging songwriters including Vampire Weekend, Animal Collective, Diplo and Dr. Dog.
