Parul is a senior consultant with over 15+ years of experience working with Fortune 50 companies, global organisations and innovative enterprises (e.g. Novartis, CSL Behring, Cirque du Soleil, Liberty Mutual Investments). She has worked on multi-million dollar transformations in a number of capacities: as a strategist, manager, researcher, communicator and data analyst. WorkStream Solutions is a boutique consultancy aimed at assisting companies with HR strategic business planning and, subsequent, programme execution; helping companies realise their business goals by developing better talent through designed business processes and practices.
