Shared Perspecives: Driving Culture Through Place

3:45pm - 4:45pm

Creative Industries is often typically viewed through an urban lens, but rural areas have their own distinct sense of place and unique provenance which can form an integral part of how they present themselves to the world. Featuring businesses in Scotland and Nova Scotia, this fascinating session will explore the rich relationship between the creative industries and place, discuss how geography shapes and defines culture and how this creates meaning and value for communities and businesses. The session will be in Gaelic with translation available.
