Meet the Agencies | Session 4: University of the Highlands and Islands and Skills Development Scotland
Skills, training and education are vitally important for the Creative Industries, particularly as we look at how the skills needed to develop and sustain a successful business are really being tested in the current crisis. This invaluable session brings together the University of the Highlands and Islands, with a long track record of supporting Creative Industries - and who have just launched new LevelUp! initiative with XpoNorth to help students into the sector - and Skills Development Scotland who have responsibility for a wealth of skills programmes, careers advice and apprenticeships. Whether you are looking to get into the sector, or are a well-established creative business, this is a great opportunity to find out more about further education and the skills agenda in Scotland.
We are asking for as many questions as possible in advance to provide as much useful information as possible during this session. Questions should be submitted to ashleylawrie@xponorth.co.uk by Wednesday 14 October at 12pm.
