2022 WFTV Four Nations Mentoring Scheme

WFTV is committed to equal opportunities and developing diversity and inclusivity across the industry, so it puts key targets in place for its mentoring schemes to ensure the schemes are both diverse and inclusive. Last year, 40% of our mentees came from minority ethnic backgrounds and 30% came from social disadvantaged backgrounds, but we didn’t do so well attracting disabled women to the scheme. So this year, we are reserving two places on this scheme for disabled women working in the media. If you are a disabled woman and don’t have the full seven or five years’ industry experience you can still apply. To read more about the article and how to apply click here
