The hunt is on for models from the Highlands to take part in XpoNorth's launch event!

Creations by Fashion Design students from The Glasgow School of Art (GSA) will take centre stage in the opening event of one of Scotland’s biggest creative festivals.

The GSA is set to host the event at Ironworks Venue, Inverness, on Wednesday 8th June and it will include a fashion show as well as showcasing other creative work from the GSA.

Members of the community around Inverness are being offered the chance to model the outfits created by GSA’s second year Fashion Design students.

Casting sessions will be held at the Ironworks on Wednesday 25th May, from 11.30am-5.30pm

No appointment is necessary – anyone interested can drop in for the informal session. Participants will be asked to do a catwalk and photographs and measurements will also be taken.

The students are looking for a team of 16 male and female models. The models should 18 years or over. There is no upper age limit.
