Outvertising believe good Mentors are vital in providing support and guidance to those in the LGTBQ+ community at work. Mentors play a key role in increasing their Mentees’ ability to thrive and as such increase the visibility and representation of the LGBTQ+ community within the industry.
The Outvertising Mentor Programme takes place over a period of 6 months.
It will start in September, and run until March for the 20/21 intake.
The aim of the programme is to have regular sessions, where the mentor helps their mentee to work towards successfully achieving objectives that have been set by the mentee at the beginning of the programme.
