Sustainability and Createch in the UK
The UK has set ambitious targets for reducing the nation’s carbon footprint, and there are many initiatives in the arts, culture and creative industries, and UN goals for Sustainability in the broader sense. However, the intersection of Sustainability and Createch is currently unexplored (Createch covering businesses harnessing the interaction of creativity and technologies such as VR, XR, blockchain, AI etc). This new research project, led by Martin Charter FRSA at University for the Creative Arts and supported by Trevor Davis, seeks to fill in the gaps with your help.
The research is supported by UK Research and Innovation's Strategic Priorities Fund, an £830m investment in research across 34 themes such as digital, AI and the environment.
