Eligibility criteria
• Open to any company in Scotland looking to grow their international trade activity
• Companies do not need to be a member of a Chamber of Commerce
Costs/Funding
• Costs for each mission are expected to be in the region of £1000. A non-refundable deposit of £250 is required to secure each delegate place.
• Companies may be eligible to apply for HIE’s Go Global Grant to cover the costs of flights and accommodation (the deposit is ineligible) for the missions. In the first instance companies should register their interest in taking part in the mission with the Inverness Chamber. In order to access Go Global funding clients need to be working with International Trade Adviser, Stewart Miller, who can support the client in completing the Go Global grant application, whilst also looking at wider international plans. The costs of the mission are below the minimum project costs of £1,700 and so in order to qualify for the grant, the client should have plans to undertake additional international activity.
