Noah Reich, development executive at Range Entertainment and Naysun Alae-Carew, Managing Director of Blazing Griffin, join us for a candid conversation about the current media landscape, what makes a good story, the art of commissioning and how these dynamic storytelling powerhouses see the future of content creation.

Noah is a development executive and producer from North London. Prior to moving to Range International Studios, he interned at A24 and Fox Searchlight before working at Portobello Productions on films like Oliver Hermanus’ Venice-premiering MOFFIE and the upcoming FOUR MOTHERS with mk2, and then at Altitude. He now works across the growing Range film and television slates in London, and is passionate about identifying and championing young, exciting writers and filmmakers coming out of the UK and Europe. He has also produced a number of his own shorts, including PRINCESS for which he has was BIFA-longlisted, and others funded by the likes of the BFI and Film4, with whom he has a debut feature, DUKE, in development.

Naysun Alae-Carew is the Managing Director of Blazing Griffin, a BAFTA-winning Glasgow-based digital entertainment company which specialises in storytelling across a wide range of platforms and mediums with a specific focus on video game development, film and TV development.
