Dougal is a content creator and strategist. His digital media company Inner Ear specialises in live programme making, documentary production and creative consultancy. It also has three content brands; traditional music web TV channel TRADtv, electronic music internet radio station Radio Magnetic and interactive audio walking tour maker Walking Heads. Dougal has directed and produced hundreds of live cultural programmes from all over Scotland and beyond featuring music, theatre, dance, visual arts and heritage. He is fascinated by the ways people can use technology to innovate and exploring ways to connect activities to audiences. Dougal is one of XpoNorth’s sector specialists advising people on digital media, remote participation and how to get the most out of content. He also chairs the Scottish Music Industry Association and sits on several government and industry advisory and working groups. When he finds the time he likes making music, podcasts and videos with his family.

Be Charlotte has toured around Europe, North America and Asia as well as as sharing the stage with Major Lazer in Africa in 2018. She has taken influence from classic songwriters such as Bob Dylan and Tracy Chapman and instinctively applied them to her love of modern pop and hip-hop.
