Delivered by: Tim Wright
Duration 1.5 Hours Format: Virtual - presentation and discussion and supporting materials.
Overview
The use of digital tools in our day-to-day work is very commonplace now. But as the technologies become more capable, are you using them in all the areas you can? Are you using them to their best ability? Are you getting the most from them? Are you maximising the return on your technology investment?
This session will provide the attendees with a method of analysing how to review your current use of digital tools and ways of developing a strategy to ensure you keep pace with ongoing developments and how to wring the most from any developments you make.
It will encourage the use of digital as an opportunity to reimagine how an organisation works rather than simply taking an analogue process and making it digital.
By the end of the session, you will have the tools to analyse your organisations use of digital technologies and develop better strategies for their effective use.
Prerequisites: No prior knowledge required
